The Kabbalistic meditations:

It is the art to access the upper worlds, Olam Ha Elion through the meditation of G-od's Names and Yichudim, the Names of G-od braided. It opens the access to a perception level of the truth well above the human logic. It is based on the knowledge of Rabbi Abraham Abulafia, the initiator of the profetic schools, and on the writtings of Rabbi Isaac Luria the Ari Z'L who also developped ways and methods of thinking who challenge the rational ways.
